Vehicle registration for the parking garage is $40 per vehicle per stay, plus taxes. During peak season (May–July), parking garage is limited to two vehicles per condo. Guests register and pay after the reservation is made, watch for an email from Majestic Resort (GuestSVCS.com).
This is a family-friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible guest. Panama City Beach requires IDs for all adult guests and ID verification at check-in during declared High Impact Periods (HIPs). Beach, curfew, and alcohol restrictions apply during these periods. Spring Break weeks are declared HIPs, and the city may declare additional HIPs throughout the year.

We wanted a place with the features our family could consistently depend on—and a condo our guests could enjoy as much as we do.

With spacious accommodations, ocean-view balconies, and easy beach access, we create a welcoming environment for every guest to unwind and enjoy their vacation. As your hosts, we're just a message away if you need anything during your stay.
We have vacationed in this area for many years. We've stayed in both houses close to the beach and big resorts with all the amenities. We finally found a place that is close to the beach (4th floor) that has all the resort amenities.
We looked at several condos at Majestic, but the views of the beach and ocean from the 4th floor sold us—they are spectacular. Being on the lower floor gives you a view of the ocean waves rolling into the beach as far back as the kitchen, something you don't get on higher floors. It is also convenient to the 3rd-floor parking access if you want to bypass the elevators. This unit has a reserved parking space close to the loading zone.
The resort offers pools, hot tubs, beach access, a game room, tennis court, theater, and a reserved, covered parking spot near the loading area of the parking garage. It is centrally located between the Upper and Lower Grand Lagoon for ocean excursions and seafood, and Pier Park for shopping, dining, or a movie. The condo itself has great views, a large balcony with access from the living room or master bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, Firedog cable, and Netflix in the living area and all three bedrooms.
